Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?
Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? [Reply]
Im not a Glock guy, and i have been negative about them in the past. That being said, i found this pristine gen 3 g19 "used" that doesnt even have slide wear on the barrel. Must not have ever been fired or very sparingly. It was a price i could not walk past, so i added my first glock to the pile.

I know man, thats why i couldn't pass on it. The handgun i bought brand new a few weeks ago has more wear. Lol. I will be putting it through its paces Saturday. Ill get some wear on her.

Shot my AR pistol for the first time today. Not suppressed It wasn’t much louder than a 16” AR. I didn’t need hearing protection when I did throw on the suppressor.

Really enjoyed how lightweight it was.
I like the brace on that thing. Is it adjustable on the fly, t6 style? Mine is fixed (kind of)

Yeah. I think it has three maybe four positions. It’s kind of a bitch to adjust as it’s really snug. I’ve seen other YouTube videos with the same issue. Some oil might fix the problem.
Does anyone run a Magpul grip on their AR? The son of a bitch gave me a blister on my middle finger and that’s with shooting two mags out of it.

Bought me a Hogue grip for it.
I had a magpul grip, it was okay, but i may be one of the few people that prefers a mil spec a2 grip.
Okay okay. I like the Glock. Put about 500 rounds through it in the last week and it has been flawless. Found Magpul magazines on sale at primary arms for 9 bucks each too and bought a pile of them. Perhaps i am a glock guy now?🤷*♂️

If you've shot one of 'em, you've shot all of 'em, so might as well get good with it...
My duty gun is a Glock, and it has yet to do me wrong in 8 years of service. We'll soon be upgrading, and we're given the option to buy our old gun, which I fully intend on doing.
