Look fart box.

MA is one of my favorite back up vocalist. I just don’t like DLR.

Can't possibly go wrong with that

Absolute crusher of a loss, these guys were the soundtrack of my childhood AND coming of age years... I'll put them head to head with ANYONE, just pure virtuoso machismo

Soooooo damn glad I got to cross them off my bucket list not so long ago at the Hollywood Casino Amp in STL

It was the tour that Wolfgang created the set list and man... he picked every single one that you just absolutely positively HAD to hear

A BRUTALLY hot July night, they had to have been suffering like crazy under the light... and they brought even more heat, what a great sounding show

RIP, Eddie

Lot of Jimmy Page in Girl Gone Bad.

That's some great guitar work that would exhaust me. Never heard it before.

For the record, the music from "The Wild Life" was just Eddie and Alex jamming some riffs in his studio. He sent them over to the director, who popped them in the film. They weren't written to picture.

"Better Off Dead" wasn't written specifically for the film, it was just a normal synchronization, just like "Jump" in Ready Player One.

Van Halen's Twister involvement came about as a contractual obligation to Warner's. Eddie didn't want any part of it but Sammy was totally into it.

Unbeknownst to Sammy, Van Halen had begun recording songs for their Greatest Hits album with Dave, who they had planned to replace Sammy at the time before Dave went all Dave at the MTV Awards.

Or dig on a more nuanced, subtler swag like this song

Tell me it doesn't conjure up memories of some awesome night at the beach, or lake or... wherever, with some gal who you still dream about

Another GOAT VH tune. Love that one too. Funny, I never would consider myself a VH fan. Not a superfan anyway and I always heard they were shit in concert. But I heard the same about Rush.

Yep, but it made the movie better. An underrated one too.

Yep, I included it becasue an animated cheeseburger playing EVH is and was, pretty badass.

Yep, still two great pieces of music. I think Respect the Wind is a beautiful composition. Love the sounds Eddie gets out of his guitar. Going back to Dave was a huge mistep.

I bet Eddie has a VAULT of music out in his music shed.

Van Halen with Dave was a mixed bag depending on the show. Better overall sound with Sammy imo with Sammy playing the rythm.

Rush always souded amazing-whoever told you that is a fucking idiot-lol

I was just thinking that. I also hear similar Satriani grooves a bit.
