Hard to believe he went in the 5th round. But understand that NFL scouts and execs keep giving Christian Hackenberg a chance, and he went in the first round. One hundred percent of casual fans knew he wouldn't amount to anything. [Reply]

1. He's younger. He's 24.
2. He's been playing WR for only a few years and has a TON of room to grow in terms of route running and diagnosing defenses.
Let's not ignore his trajectory based on his progress at the position over the past 3 seasons. He's got hands, ball awareness, and unmatched speed and explosiveness... but the thing is that he's going to GET BETTER.

I just saw an interesting stat on Hill. His 13 touchdowns of 50+ yards are the most for any player in the league since 2014.......... despite the fact that Hill only has been in the league since 2014. That's incredible. More 50+ yards TDs in 2 seasons plus a game than anyone else in 4 years and a game. [Reply]

He jumped up and brought one down with two guys draped on him that was a clutch catch and he practically landed on his head. After protocol concuss he returned to the game for more big plays.
