6 games. Easy.

Going with four just because of the gravity of the allegations. This story had the whole league on edge. (Especially John Dorsey. I'm sure that opportunist had the agent of Hills number pulled up and ready to press the moment Tyreek had been officially released)

More like 6 and appealed to 4.

Six games based off previous precedent

The league likes to suspend for an even number of games. I think the number of games should be random, and not an integer. For example, if a player is suspended, maybe he draws a penalty of 2.83 games, so he can come onto the field halfway through the fourth quarter of the third game. From a marketing perspective, that would be a big win, because if it's a home game the crowd would cheer lustily when the guy runs onto the field partway through the game.

If the decision was going to be based on actual facts, I'd say 2, due to the apparent threat on audio tape. The NFL (Goodell) would be able to justify that pretty easily.

However, I really believe that the friendship between Goodell and Kraft will see Hill getting the max of 6, which will be appealed down to 4. The Chiefs rightly will convince Hill to accept the punishment in spite of the fact that he's seemingly innocent of actual wrongdoing.

If I'm Tyreek's lawyer, I'd argue that the statement relates to his sugar-daddy status for her. Whether it's true or not, one could make the argument that he was implying that she should be terrified that he was going to leave and cut her off. Or that she should be terrified that he was going to release an incriminating set of texts she'd sent.

I say this with an admitted hope that Tyreek is innocent, but threats aren't always physical and they're not always threatening illegal stuff. Other types may be just as bad, but if I was filming a Hallmark movie called, "Tyreek's Terror: Defending Against A Woman's Wrath", some potential lines for the main character could be...

"You should be terrified of me [because I can walk away and you'll end up working at Hardee's]."

"You should be terrified of me [because I can go public with your history of threatening me in texts]."

"You should be terrified of me [because I'll cut off all sex]." (Usually that's a line for a female character, but Tyreek's good hands and quick moves can make it work.)

"You should be terrified of me [because you love me so much that you'll wither and die without me, and we both know it]."

"You should be terrified of me [because I'll show your mom that porn film that you participated in during college]."

The NFL, all of the twitter retards and the KC star have long forgotten how we handled Hunt (trying to appease them all by releasing him and be the good guy and now the Browns laugh in our faces about it and nobody is reeee'ing over the Browns) and will suspend Hill 8 games just because. I won't agree with it, but I think that's going to be what it is.

I'm not able to vote in poll but I would guess 6 games with an appeal by the players union bringing it to 4 games.

Just more time for Mecole to get serious snaps and then gel right into the playoffs with an embarrassment of weapons.

Knowing Goodell, he will be kept in the exempt list the entire season.

I concur. Especially about the 'sugar daddy' thing. In fact, I read somewhere that she's already attempted to essentially extort money from Tyreek in the past. Unfortunately he didn't make that clear in the recording. And I figure the NFL/SJWs will hammer on the idea that his statement was a threat with the intent of physical violence. the league won't like the optics of that, and decide that they have to throw the book at him. Add all of that to the fact that Kraft and Goodell are practically BFFs, and well, I just won't be surprised if Goodell hits Tyreek with the max. Just my opinion, of course.

I just wish he'd hand down his sentence sooner rather than later so we'd know instead of sitting here wondering.
