First team All-Pro, Probowler, #2 ranked Defensive interior by PFF, etc.

He was all of that. Maybe not by much but he was clearly better than Jones.

Jones had 5 more sacks, 7 more tackles for loss, 1 more forced fumble, 1 more TD, 5X as many passes defended and 2 more solo tackles.

I don’t give a shit what popularity contest honors he got over Jones. Anyone with eyes could see Jones was better.

All-pro is not a popularity contest.

Jones is/was nothing special against the run whilst Cox is great at stopping the run.

Cox was better than Jones and he deserved all his accolades.

I love Jones though and I'm probably taking him over Cox moving forward.
