That's exactly what it means and having it operated on, especially when it was an injury that 1st occurred while jogging before TC then ruptured it during the season.

“Issues” implies that it’s not fully healed and/or he’s still having “issues”.

thats good examples of a return to normal after a knee injury. And we saw Jones return to better than normal last season too.

On the flip side, there is Houston as an example.
