Fu fu tacos. Short ribs wrapped in banana leaves with an ancho and arbol chile sauce. Placed on smoker for 6 hours. Garnished with radish sticks, avocado, pickled red onion, cilantro and lime.

Thanks for the kind words. Doctor put me on a low carb diet and told me to quit drinking a couple months ago, blood sugar and blood pressure was getting up there. I have read a few of the threads on here and it looks like I'm in good company. Getting old is a bitch, not being able to drink beer is a bigger bitch.
Bought a cheap smoker friday after work so I tried it out. Did a brisket, chicken and brats. Tonight was brisket and a califlower, jalapeno popper loaded casserole.
Oh, and nice looking dishes guy's, you're killing it.
