I personally would be shocked if he didnt wanna play for us. He'd get the chance to beat Tom Brady, the Ravens, AND win a ring on top of it (adding to his HOF resume.) Not joining KC would be a huge mistake.
And who would thought those awful losses to IND and HOU would yield such rich fruit! We would never have gotten Suggs without these losses! :-)
Why is everyone acting like Veach is some sort of genius for putting in a claim? 353k for the rest of the season. Defense hit hard with injury bug. This wasnt some grand play. At 26th in the order,, it was essentially a hail mary. You say what the hell, put in the claim and cross your fingers.
Veach saw a slim chance to fill a hole on d and said yes we want him if not claimed.
Its a fucking no brainer.
Spags now has 3 aces on d line, we saw what he did with 4. Hopefully its enough.

This team truly does have great chemistry. That's why Suggs will be privileged and honored to be apart of it. He got his butt kicked here last season. He felt the magic. He'll be here!!
