It was a perfect storm last week:

Losing Watkins on first series forces back-up in who didn't have nearly the reps (but still did okay).

Losing the left side of our line and essentially playing with four guys.

Mahomes tweaking his ankle and not being able to scramble.

Inopportune turnover (again).

Those things don't happen and all the talk about the Chiefs being shut down goes away. Not being able to adjust in-game to these things can be laid on Reid or Veach or whoever you want, but I think we're going to be fine today as long as Mahomes can avoid the rush with his feet.
