This is a really good move for us. No matter what.
But a few things that just strike me as insane....
Forget about keeping DAT over Jeff Allen. If Ryan hunter was this bad, how did we think he was better than Allen.
If hunter was this bad, that means allegretti is even worse.
If hunter and allegretti are this bad, why wouldn't you bring wisnewski in as insurance especially since Wylie isn't exactly a world beater. If we want wisnewski over Allen now, why didn't we decide that a few weeks ago before we re-signed Allen then promptly cut him.

You think a guy that has been away from the game for a couple of months better start? Come on that is just ridiculous. He is most likely not in game shape. He does not know the line calls. Wiz was always a pretty decent pass blocker, and a below average run blocker. I didn't see any talk about his run block grades, so I'm going to guess that he's still a below average run blocker. [Reply]
