Can you imagine if a team had Verlander, Scherzer and Sanchez in its rotation? It’d be neigh unbeatable. Especially if that team were to trade for a David Price type for a playoff run.

Put even an average offense with that rotation and surely that team would cruise to a title, right?

Me too, and it kind of reminded me of Game 6 of the 05 NLCS, between the Stros and Cards, when Mogilla the Gorilla went YARD against Brad Lidge. I was there that night too and THAT REALLY SUCKED!
But this time I had this feeling that the Stros would win it in the bottom of the 9th. This team does that kind of stuff. GO STROS!
