I actually think this is one of the better seasons in quite some time, both in story and in directing.

There's more that has happened in the half-season than the entire season or two prior.

The reveal of the whisperers was one of the best moments in the series in quite a long time.

The whisperers are scary, I liked that ending there. Surprised Jesus finally shows off how much of a badass he is and then gets killed. So did the preacher let Negan escape?

I've enjoyed this season alot...curious what the X's are about and why Maggie left.

Finally watched the mid season finale....what a great episode. Awesome to see some legit tense moments come back to the show.

The Whisperers reveal got me out of my seat, the best reveal in the show's run so far IMO.

Completely done a 180 on this show...went from loathing it to can't wait until February.

It totally worked...showed The Whisperers as a huge threat as even the most badass warrior on the show let his guard down for just a split second and boom, dead.

Love how it also makes the zombies and herds scary again.

Yeah the zombies had turned into slow moving morons with blocks of butter for heads. It became way too easy to plunge objects through their skull lol
