Dr. says something, Donger says that's not what he said then posts something someone else said.

I am not saying Donger is wrong about what Donger posted from the WHO. But you can't say that's not what someone said when you can literally see they said what he said they didn't say.

You mean the tweet you posted said nothing about a reminder? Yes, I know it didn't. Because the tweet is inaccurate.

He's a known liar, so not surprising

You should have just stopped there.

I don't what he is or isn't arguing but why are they concerned about the PCR tests being cycled too high?

Why's that? I just proved that what is stated in the tweet you posted is false. It's not new guidance at all. You just didn't bother to verify the veracity of the tweet.

And I should stop?

:-)

You lied again. You mumbled about cases which is true and they should be much lower if recorded correctly which is also true

Seems to me that is the logical outcome. Why else are they concerned about the PCR cycle rate?

All you have to do is read his words to see what he's arguing:

You mumble about cases for months on end when most were a pile of bunk

As to why the WHO issued the reminder, it's right there:

WHO reminds IVD users that disease prevalence alters the predictive value of test results; as disease prevalence decreases, the risk of false positive increases (2). This means that the probability that a person who has a positive result (SARS-CoV-2 detected) is truly infected with SARS-CoV-2 decreases as prevalence decreases, irrespective of the claimed specificity.

Yup. Pretty simple concept

We told them to go blow themselves early-mid last year. I don't think we've been doing anything based on their recommendations for a while so it doesn't matter. I think we'd have to look internally for why things are the way they are from a testing perspective.

Why don't you go and find some more false tweets, post them for an obvious reason, and then say you can't explain why you can't explain, pete.

Have at it.
