I understand that he's not a star but he's credible. And if you bring him back, you're completely open in the 1st round to take whatever trips your trigger.
Extend Sneed, trade him - I'm kinda indifferent. I like both ideas well enough. Especially if he's found the market for him lacking during this 'seek a trade' process and he can be had at/below the Jaylon Johnson figure.
But we really don't have a comfortable answer at OT right now and the market is pretty bare. Time to get that ironed out a bit. [Reply]

They may have told him that they'll be in contact after the draft like last year. [Reply]
WR contracts this offseason... Calvin 2 for $50M guaranteed Pittman 2 for $46M guaranteed Evans 2 for $41M or so Gabe 2 for $26M guaranteed Darnell 2 for $26M guaranteed Curtis 2 for $15M guaranteed --- Hollywood 1 for $7M
Hollywood Brown didn't have the offers he wanted on the open market. So he decided to sign with the #Chiefs on a 1-year deal, play with Patrick Mahomes, and then get back to the market next year.

I called this as a distinct possibility. He probably felt he should get closer to Ridley money but was getting offers closer to Davis Money. After one year of play here and a bigger salary cap next year he’ll easily get $30 million more next free agent period. He’s chasing a ring while also betting on himself taking a big discount in the immediate. [Reply]
