Can't believe the NBA Season is starting tonight. Way to early but here we go.

Lakers vs Nuggets: 6:30PM

Suns vs Warriors: 9PM

Both on TNT

The emphasis on threes is what allowed teams like the Warriors/Curry to dominate.
???

I don't know, three point shooting keeps teams from clogging up the middle.

If MJ had played later when every team had better shooters, he would have had more space to operate.

I would still take peak MJ, but I'm not going to argue against LeBron's career at this point.

I mean, literally EVERYONE knew this, but this is a horrible look. Series should be 1-1.

NEW YORK (AP) — Philadelphia’s Tyrese Maxey was fouled twice before his turnover that led to the go-ahead 3-pointer by Donte DiVincenzo in the New York Knicks’ victory over the 76ers in Game 2, the NBA determined Tuesday.

In its Last 2 Minutes report, the league also said that 76ers coach Nick Nurse twice attempted to call timeouts that were “neither recognized nor granted by the officials” during the possession.

The furious 76ers planned to file a grievance regarding the officiating after falling into a 2-0 hole in the series following the Knicks’ 104-101 victory on Monday night.

The 76ers led by five points before Jalen Brunson’s 3-pointer with 27 seconds remaining. The 76ers attempted to inbound the ball to Maxey, who was swarmed by both Brunson and Josh Hart. Maxey fell to the court and Hart grabbed the ball.

But the NBA said Brunson first grabbed Maxey’s jersey, preventing the All-Star guard from catching the pass cleanly. The league ruled that Hart then made lower body contact that caused Maxey to fall.

I don't. Care to post the stats of that awful series performance?

*KCC ignores post

1989 ECF, series tied 2-2

MJ: 18 pts, took just 8 shot attempts. 1 point in 4th quarter.

He then promptly proceeded to cry for a rule change as true leaders do:

“The league is so soft now. MJ never whined or complained. He was competitive” The NBA changed it's rules in MJ's favor after he said this. pic.twitter.com/S4yJtCyrVf

In the end, though, it wasn't more favorable reffing that got MJ over the hump (although that didn't hurt). It was Scottie Pippen developing into one of the best players in the league and a top 50 player ever.

So I'm assuming when you said 'series' you really meant 'game?' Is this correct?

He averaged nearly 30 ppg that series against the Pistons.

29 dwarfs 17.

Do you agree?

Here we go. Playoffs are starting and had some good games yesterday. Yet The fake Raptors fan who is obsessed w LeBron is ruining this thread yet again.

Would someone change the name of this thread? It should be 'LeBron Vs MJ' or 'KC_Connection loves LeBron.'

Went to Dairy Queen and had the best ice cream I've ever had. I had to thank the employee who made it, so I asked one of his co-workers where he was. Once I met him I told him, "thank you sir, that was the best ice cream I've ever had."

He just laughed and said, "I take as much…

So how soft was LeBron when he called and cried to the league to get Draymond suspended for an altercation he started.

Yea, been here with KCC before, and he clearly doesn't understand the difference between a bad series and a bad game.

Again, that or he's just really THAT disingenuous.

His game 4 was similarly awful in that series. 5 for 15 for an empty 23 points with just 2 rebounds and 4 assists.

The Pistons owned MJ.

You mean the postseason where Draymond blatantly kicked opponents in the balls multiple times? I don't think it took much prompting from the league to suspend him for that one.

Nothing remotely close to Lebron being a no show for the entire Finals, while Wade played at an MVP level.

You are getting absolutely obliterated today :-)

Here's a thought, if you really want Lebron to be the GOAT, you should probably keep your mouth shut, because trying to argue does you or Lebron zero favors :-)

Sadly for you, LeBron is the GOAT and that becomes increasingly obvious with every ridiculous game he plays at the highest level at year 21. Nothing I say or do will change that.

Here's hoping for many more years of this.
