I read an article the other day that seriously downplayed Joss Whedon's addition to the Justice League, yet I know a guy that was actually on set for nearly 2 months that reported the complete opposite.

Internet rumors say they don't intend to do that unless they can't get Affleck. Especially since it wouldn't make any sense, because Thomas Wayne would have to be over 70. Anyway, Flashpoint is an okay comic, but the time travel logic is stupid. Basically Flash goes back in time to prevent his mother's, murder, and this changes a bunch of things unrelated to that, for some reason. Also at the end he stops himself from saving his mother. This was the event that lead to the New 52 reboot. For, again, some reason.

I would hope that they go with the Grant Morrison Batman & Robin route if and when Affleck is on his way out. Nightwing becoming Batman is the only acceptable way Batman can be someone other than Bruce within the same continuity without changing actors. [Reply]
