Interesting that the "ensemble" is basically just continuing on as we have been for a while now. Seems pretty reasonable given how things have been the past few weeks.

The mask mandates will continue on until there's a vaccine and once there's a vaccine they'll weasel a way for it become mandatory for doing specific things. Just a heads up.

1/ Covid (@UCSF) Chronicles, Day 149

Grand rounds today: https://t.co/U99r1lFQOR. As we hit Covid’s 6 month mark in the U.S., we’re desperate for innovative approaches. Today, I decided to focus on 3 impressive ones – across a range of disciplines: testing, epi, & narrative.

I don't understand how people have come to the conclusion that wearing a mask doesn't help stop the spread of the virus. We need more people wearing masks as well as social distancing and constantly washing their. All it takes is one person in a household to not follow the guidelines for the whole family to get it.

The number of people I see with masks on, but not having their noses covered is just stupid high. Then, the people that pull their masks down before having a conversation in the middle of walmart is idiotic. If people were doing everything theyre supposed to, then I'd agree that masks aren't preventing anything.

Probably going to just shoot us up with that Russian vaccine and just say its something we came up with.

Would you rather get the Russian vaccine or the US one with the microchip.

That's why all of the "look at XYZ city, they've had a mask requirement for months and look at their case numbers skyrocket!" comments are stupid.

A mask requirement means nothing if:

It's not enforced;
People aren't wearing them properly

Based on what I've seen, no one is enforcing it, and there are a lot of people not wearing at all, or wearing/using improperly.
