Tweet in OP a little misleading. The alleged victim’s attorney can’t “file charges”. That decision belongs to a governmental attorney at the DA’s office. He can file a civil claim, but that’s not what people usually mean by charges.

Exactly! That's why I asked earlier in this thread if the prosecutor going to follow through with charges. Right now donald hasn't been charged with anything. I'm sure an investigation will be done, but the the thread title should be changed because he hasn't been charged with anything.
