Well, here's his averages with KC:

312/483 (64.5%) - 3,392 YDS - 19 TD - 7 INT

He'd have to increase his stats over average about 25% (4,239 yards, 24 TD, 9 INT) for me to consider him a "Good" QB remotely capable of giving me any pause whatsoever and that would be extremely doubtful.
