I grew up with that 90s animated series. Like most things 90s it hasn't aged for shit but damned if it doesn't define my childhood. And dat theme song doe.
X Men was always in my top 3 along with Batman. Then the Raimi Spider-Man flicks came out and Spidey took over.
Never watched much or any animated action or superhero stuff.
But X-men and Secret Wars was about the deepest I went into comic books.
Wolverine and The Thing [when he struck out on his own in Secret Wars] were my two favorite comic book characters. I liked the powerful surly loners.
I've only ever seen the first couple of X-men movies and was never into the comics. Will I understand whats going on? Heard such great things about this that I want to go see it but think I might be lost. [Reply]
