I've only had one black car - a '99 Monte Carlo. I loved it, and it was a beautiful car. But goddamn it was impossible to keep clean. Reminded me of my old white Navy uniforms. I'll never own another vehicle that color.
My previous car was a silver Impala. That was probably the best color for hiding dirt, but it was so bland and ubiquitous that I felt like I was driving a gallon jug of milk. [Reply]

The Grand Cherokee is an odd shade of gray, Camaro is green. But to your point, I've been shopping used Grand Cherokees lately, and the majority of them do seem to be white or black, neither of which I'd be a fan of buying. Black is too damn hard to keep clean, and white is boring. White is for trucks and vans, not passenger vehicles. [Reply]
The only reason the blue one exists is that wife would not let the daughter get the red one with the sun roof. Because the wifes car does not have a sun roof.

The pewters, silvers, etc...are a dime a dozen. But they show dirt less.
