Love some fish tacos. Although I do prefer them grilled with a seasoning rather than battered and fried. Occasionally will make the fried. But they key is always the sauce to bring it all together. My go to is 1/2c sour cream, 1/3c mayo, couple juiced limes, tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/4tsp cumin. Sometimes I will add some chopped cilantro in the sauce for some added color.

From the little bit of reading I did, battered and fried fish is a Baja-specific thing... just trying to stay authentic

Like the sound of that sauce, though

1 3/4" Porterhouse, cured, cool smoked, then sous vide hot tub and then seared directly on hot coals. Clairified butter massage.... Med rare at best.

Salad and roasted garlic grill toast are planned with a nice Cab.

Fillet for her, strip for me.

Warning ugly steak
Spoiler!

I'd brag about the $5.99lb price but Threebags would show me up.

Probably less fat than an "In a Tub" taco. And I don't own a microwave...

$5.99/lb for that beauty is nice. My last “best deal” was almost 4 lbs of thick cut Fanestil bacon for $1.09...not per pound, $1.09 total.

I don’t know, let me give it another shot.

I bought a tray of cream cheese filled bacon wrapped jalapeños, over 20 of them (40 plus halves) for $3.00.

I love my Dillons

Shop early and often, I guess selling it to you is better than feeding the rats in the dumpster.

I don't see that from Kroger which is the same company, they donate it first...

Oh I did grab a box of crab legs $6.99 for 8 pounds, again not per pound. That was a couple months ago. Made homemade Crab Rangoon with the leftover crab. Excellent
