Exactly. It’s not like he was just sitting out just to sit out. His body broke down. The chemo fucked him. Well I'd certainly hope that isn't the case. He came into the league on the old rookie pay scale and he got a massive second contract so he made an absolute fuck ton of money. Like, I'm not going to look into it, but I wouldn't be surprised if he earned more than any safety in NFL history despite only playing for like 7, 8 years.
