In its battle with the coronavirus, Japan appears to be doing everything wrong. It has tested just 0.185 percent of its population, its social distancing has been halfhearted, and a majority of Japanese are critical of the government’s response. Yet with among the lowest death rates in the world, a medical system that has avoided an overloading crisis, and a declining number of cases, everything seems to be going weirdly right.

Nope, they've stayed the same. The problem is that you don't even know what game is being played.

If it was not posted. Wisconsin Supreme Court revoked the stay at home order. Basically opening all business.

Ruled the governor did not have the authority to do it.

They're doing a completely different approach to everyone else called a cluster-based approach to the epidemic, wherein they believe that most infections come from a select few highly infectious people that then transfer the virus to others that become highly infectious. They trace and then clamp those people down.

They also have near universal mask wearing and their culture is one that is much more distant than others, so I'd say your summary is off-base.

Of course....

I am not saying you are right or wrong, Hamas but you seem to have one reason or another for anything that appears to be good news to not be good news.
