Face it, the game was 21-10 halfway through the 2nd quarter and was a bad non-call away from being 28-10.

It's very true that good teams find a way to win.

However, that call happened in the middle of the 2nd quarter, when the Chiefs had a 21-17 lead and Hill would have scored.

At that point, it would have been 28-17 lead.

The only way the Raiders can run the ball is to get a lead. They did that by taking the top off the Chiefs defense. The Chiefs held Jacobs to 3.3ypc.

The Raiders don't win that game running the ball without the lead they got in the first half throwing the ball deep.
