Illegal Alien Indicted For Re-Entering The United States After Having Been Previously Deported

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – September 17, 2019 – A federal indictment unsealed today, charged Jose Fernando Andrade-Sanchez, 39, a citizen of Mexico, with unlawful re-entry into the United States, after having been previously removed, announced U.S. Attorney Don Cochran for the Middle District of Tennessee and John Condon, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Homeland Security Investigations Nashville Field Office.

Andrade-Sanchez was indicted by a federal grand jury on September 11, 2019, after encountering U.S. Immigration & Enforcement agents in Nashville on September 5, 2019, and eluding apprehension. Andrade-Sanchez was arrested by ICE agents in Nashville earlier today.

According to documents filed with the court, Andrade-Sanchez was found and removed from the United States on four prior occasions, most recently on October 13, 2013. While in the U.S. illegally and living in Nashville, Andrade-Sanchez was charged under the alias of Eduardo Negrete, with domestic assault and aggravated child abuse after striking a three-year old child in the face, while assaulting his then girlfriend and the child’s mother. Both required transport to a local hospital where the girlfriend was treated for facial injuries and the child was evaluated for a possible broken nose. Andrade-Sanchez later pleaded guilty to domestic assault and the child abuse charge was retired.

Following his removal to Mexico on July 16, 2009, Andrade-Sanchez illegally returned to the U.S. and on April 21, 2013, he was charged with criminal impersonation after falsely identifying himself to a Metro Nashville Police officer as Erik Valazquez. He pleaded guilty to that charge in May 2013.

On September 5, 2019, two ICE Enforcement & Removal agents located Andrade-Sanchez in a parking lot in Antioch, Tennessee. While speaking to Andrade-Sanchez, he refused to exit his truck and drove forward instead. One of the agents fired his weapon twice and one shot struck Andrade-Sanchez. Andrade-Sanchez then fled the area.

Andrade-Sanchez will make an initial appearance tomorrow before a U.S. Magistrate Judge. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Brent Hannafan is prosecuting this case.

Illegal alien charged with raping 4-year-old girl in Baton Rouge

In yet another illegal immigration-related heinous crime that will go uncovered by the media, a Mexican national has been indicted for raping a four-year-old girl and is accused of molesting a six-year-old girl in Baton Rouge over the past year.

A grand jury in East Baton Rouge Parish indicted Joel Emmanuel Rodriguez, 30, on Wednesday for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl on May 26. Rodriguez was originally arrested on May 31 on the rape charge, according to arrest records from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s office. He’s also accused of molesting a six-year-old girl between Aug. 1, 2018, and May 3, 2019, according to court records.

Rodriguez is being referred to by local media as a “Baton Rouge man,” but ICE spokesman Bryan Cox confirmed on inquiry from CR that he is indeed an illegal alien and that ICE had placed a detainer on him in May.

Over the past few months, CR has covered a rash of child sex assaults by illegal aliens. In many of their home countries, it is a regular practice to marry young girls, especially in rural areas. However, these shocking crimes seem to victimize kids who are younger and younger.

The FBI and most states do not track categories of crime broken down by legal status of the perpetrator. It would be useful for public policy decisions to know how many drunk driving incidents, how much drug trafficking, how much gang activity, or how many child sex assaults are committed by illegal aliens, but nobody seems to want to find out.

Even the anecdotes are hard to come by, because most reporters don’t want to inquire about immigration status, and DHS is largely precluded from actively publicizing the information unprompted by a reporter’s inquiry. Hence, a “Baton Rouge man” is arrested for child rape or a “Long Island man” is arrested for killing someone while driving drunk.

Yesterday, BuzzFeed reported that acting USCIS Director Ken Cuccinelli is trying to change the privacy policies at his agency to better inform the public of heinous crimes committed by illegal aliens, refugees, or those seeking some sort of asylum status. In response to the report, Cuccinelli confirmed that he is seeking more transparency on this issue when the public interest outweighs the individual’s privacy interest, such as in the California MS-13 case involving numerous recent asylum seekers. “Due to the abuse of the refugee and asylum programs by MS-13, terrorist organizations and cartels,” said Cuccinelli in a statement, “the Acting Director requested the same authority in order to educate the America public, lawmakers, and media about the dangerous criminals who came to the United States by abusing our legal immigration system.”

Raping a four-year-old and a six-year-old is a pretty big deal, and the fact that not a single local media report in Louisiana that I can find mentioned an ICE detainer when he was arrested in May or after the indictment this week is pretty shocking. It underscores the need for ICE to proactively bypass the media and push this information out to the public.

The rash of illegal alien rape suspects, including child rape cases, has made headlines in Montgomery County, Maryland. But Louisiana has had its share as well.

In July, Andres Fuentes-Castro, 44, an illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested by CBP in Baton Rouge and is charged with three counts of first-degree rape against a child between 2014 and 2016. Agents initially arrested him in 2007 during a traffic stop in Baton Rouge and could have deported him before this child was harmed. However, they found he was given Temporary Protected Status (TPS) as a Salvadoran national under the El Salvador TPS program. His status later expired in 2010 and was not renewed, rendering him a fugitive alien for nine years for not departing the country.

On the same day, Tomas Gabriel Chox-Lopez, another illegal alien living in south Louisiana, was caught in a child porn sting by state and federal law enforcement and charged with seven counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.

Earlier this year, Miguel Martinez, an illegal alien who had previously been deported in 2005, was arrested in Louisiana on 100 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13 years old, one count of production under the age of 13, and one count of sexual battery of a juvenile under the age of 13.

Bizarrely, these cases have not been publicized by the prominent GOP members of the Louisiana federal delegation in the House and Senate. These are prime examples of why, despite the declining overall numbers at the border, there is a need for a wall and more resources to deter the really bad criminals who continue to come in and don’t surrender to agents.

Sadly, the less people know, the less they will clamor for action. For some in politics and media, that is by design.

A top leader of the La Luz Del Mundo religious organization was arrested on suspicion of human trafficking, production of child pornography, forcible rape of a minor and other felonies, California prosecutors said Tuesday.

Naasón Joaquín García and co-defendants Alondra Ocampo, Azalea Rangel Melendez and Susana Medina Oaxaca — all of whom are affiliated with La Luz Del Mundo — are alleged to have committed 26 felonies in Los Angeles County between 2015 and 2018.

“García and his co-defendants allegedly coerced victims into performing sexual acts by telling them that if they went against any of his desires or wishes as ‘the Apostle,’ that they were going against God,” the attorney general said in a statement.

Honduran Illegal Alien set for Deportation Charged with Sex Assault of a Child

SAN ANTONIO - An illegal immigrant who was in the process of being deported back to Honduras was arrested for sexual abuse of a child.

Oscar Orlando Paz, 41, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

According to the arrest report, two children, who were left home alone on Jan. 15, were sexually assaulted by an unknown man who they found inside their kitchen. The victims were told to go outside by the Paz, who police say immediately pulled their pants down and sexually assaulted both children.

After the victim's ran inside and locked the door, Paz fled on a bicycle.

The mother found the children crying when she returned home and phone police. She had left the children with two relatives to watch, but both had left the location.

After an investigation, DNA was obtained from saliva left on the children's private parts. According to the San Antonio Police Special Victims Unit, the DNA was matched to Paz using the Texas State Convicted Offender Database. Paz had been arrested an convicted in December 2018 of Burglary of Habitation in San Antonio.

Investigators found out that Paz was being detained at an ICE facility in Houston and was set to be deported back to Honduras. The state charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child nullified that deportation and he's set to be extradited back to San Antonio.

POLICE: ILLEGAL ALIEN REPEATEDLY RAPED 9-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN NEW JERSEY

LAKEWOOD - A 50-year-old township man was arrested Thursday on charges that he sexually assaulted two people, including a 9-year-old girl, authorities said.

Cirino "Flocka" Dominguez-Salazar is facing charges of aggravated sexual assault, three counts of sexual assault, attempted aggravated sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, attempted criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a news release from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.

Police began investigating Dominguez-Salazar in mid-October after a victim told police that she had been sexually assaulted by him multiple times, beginning when she was 9 years old, according to the Prosecutor's Office.

Detectives later identified a second person who also allegedly had been victimized by Dominguez-Salazar around the same time as the other victim, authorities said. The release did not say when the sexual assaults allegedly occurred.

LAKEWOOD: Stalker put video camera in woman's shower, police say

Dominguez-Salazar was held Saturday in the Ocean County Jail to await a detention hearing where a judge will decide whether he will stay in jail pending prosecution of the case.

Lakewood police Detective Eric Cicerello and Detective Alex Dasti of the Prosecutor's Office's Special Victims Unit led the investigation. The State Police and Ocean County Sheriff's Office assisted in the inquiry.

CHARGE: PREVIOUSLY DEPORTED ILLEGAL ALIEN KIDNAPPED, RAPED 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL

A federal grand jury has returned charges against an illegal immigrant living in Passaic County who authorities said abducted and raped a 15-year-old Paterson girl he took to Ohio.

Juan Carlos Morales-Pedraza, a 33-year-old Ecuadorian national who’d been deported in 2010 but snuck back into the U.S., abducted the girl this past April and transported her to Ohio “with the intent that she engage in sexual activity,” U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said.

A superseding indictment returned by a grand jury in U.S. District Court in Newark charges Morales-Pedraza with kidnapping, illegal transportation of a minor and illegally re-entering the country as a removed alien, Carpenito said Tuesday.

U.S. District Judge Stanley R. Chesler ordered the he remain held without bond after Morales-Pedraza entered a not-guilty plea during his first court appearance on Tuesday.

A state trooper pulled over Morales-Pedraza’s 2013 Nissan Sentra on westbound Route 80 in Lucas County on April 16 for failing to yield, the Ohio Highway Patrol said at the time.

Detectives determined that Morales-Pedraza “forced the girl to perform acts on him” and was taking her to Chicago, the agency said in a statement.

Neither he nor the girl spoke any English, authorities said at the time.

Troopers suspected and later confirmed that he’d sexually assaulted the girl – whom they discovered had been reported missing -- after abducting her in Paterson, the highway patrol said.

The girl was brought to a local hospital before being reunited with her family.

New Jersey’s Division of Child Protection and Permanency was involved in the case.

Carpenito also credited special agents with the FBI Newark’s Child Exploitation Human Trafficking Task Force, the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office’s Sexual Investigations Unit, and investigators with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Lake Township Police Department in Lake Township, Ohio.

Handling the case for the government is Assistant U.S. Attorney Francesca Liquori of Carpenito’s Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force in Newark.

Illegal Alien Sentenced For Randomly Killing 3-Year-Old Girl Who Was Trying To Give Her Dad a Cookie

Augusto Utuy from Guatemala was convicted by a jury of murdering three-year-old Ruby Vasquez in 2016 on Halloween

LOS ANGELES — A man was sentenced to 37 years to life in state prison for fatally stabbing a 3-year-old girl at a clothing factory in downtown Los Angeles three years ago.

Last month, Ricardo Augusto Utuy aka Juan Perez was found guilty of one count each of first-degree murder and attempted murder.

On March 10, 2016, Utuy attacked a woman at a factory in downtown Los Angeles. The defendant stabbed the woman before fleeing the scene, according to witness testimony. The victim survived the attack.

Utuy found work at another factory, in the 800 block of McGarry Street, the prosecutor said. A couple who worked at that factory brought their 3-year-old daughter, Ruby V., to work with them on Oct. 31, 2016.

When the girl went to give her father a cookie, the mother saw Utuy running toward the child. The defendant then stabbed the girl multiple times with a knife. She was taken to a hospital where she died.

Prosecutors say their was no motive. After the crime, LAPD Detective Moses Castillo called it “a really bizarre, unprovoked incident that we cannot wrap our minds around.”

A detective said he “pretty much said that he had voices coming to him and daring him to kill Ruby.” He also said the suspect mentioned a Ouija board.

An undocumented Salvadoran immigrant accused of raping a woman immediately after he was released from custody by the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, which failed to honor an Immigration and Customs Enforcement order to detain him, was arrested by ICE agents on Wednesday, the agency has announced.

Antonio Ulises Perez, 38, was released from the Oklahoma County Jail on Wednesday and went “almost immediately” to the house of the woman he is accused of raping. ICE arrested Ulises Perez later on Wednesday, the agency said in a statement.

ICE filed a detainer request with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, before Ulises Perez was released, asking that he be transferred to immigration authorities, but the Sheriff’s Office refused to honor it “in direct contravention of federal immigration law,” ICE said in a statement.

“Unfortunately, this is not an isolated event,” the statement said. “A few months ago, Oklahoma County decided to no longer honor ICE detainers and began releasing criminal aliens back into the local community at the expense of law-abiding citizens.”

“It is unconscionable that someone who is sworn to uphold the law would find it acceptable to release an alleged rapist who is illegally present in the U.S. back into the community when there are other options available under federal immigration law,” read a statement from Marc Moore, the field-office director for ICE Dallas. “Within a few hours of being released, this illegal alien was back at the home of the rape victim where he was free to re-victimize her and harm other members of the community.”

“Fortunately, ICE deportation officers were able to quickly locate this individual and safely take him back into custody,” Moore said.
