Hasn't Saunders been inactive the past 2 games? I'm kind of curious why he quickly was added to the active roster, played a game, and then hasn't really been seen since. I know he looked pretty fat in that first game back, not sure if he's always been that big or not.

He’s always been soft in the middle. His inactivity is credit to Wharton playing so well...and you got to think Saunders needed a little more time to build strength back in that elbow. Those injuries are tricky.

Do it yesterday. These are the kinds of guys you want to keep around if for no other reason to serve as examples to future Danna's and Sneads that if you work your ass off and develop, the team will take care of their own.

And the kid can just flat play. I've been so impressed by him from pretty much the moment Shelton signed and Saunders proceeded to just outplay him.
