They just don't have a good PG. Geist and Robertson do the best they're capable of and really battle, but neither is the kind of PG who is going to use his quick twitch to separate and clear the press.
That's a big, big time win today though, backing up another big time win earlier this week.
Puts Missouri squarely back in the field and gets them through the roughest stretch of the schedule in position to close and lock up a tourney spot. They'll have a chance to get to 20 wins before they play Ketucky again... and if that happens, I just have this feeling a certain player will reappear in that game. Looking at the rest of the schedule, a 7-1 close does really look possible. That would be pretty incredible.
Get Porter Jr added to this team, and woe to the teams that draw Mizzou in the tournament. [Reply]

They just beat a ranked team and not the first time they've done that. They just beat Alabama who just beat Oklahoma and Florida. Florida barely beat us. WVU barely beat us. MU only has 2 or 3 really bad losses.
They were on the bubble going into the Alabama game...if things ended now they would be in.
They are not a lock, I will give you that. But as of right now they'd be in the last 4. [Reply]

At first glance, I read the bolded part as "they'd be at least a 4". [Reply]
