That's why I think the public will get back to normal much sooner than after 9/11.

People are recognizing that COVID-19 is a minor illness for 80%+ of the population.
You have a source for this or is it all your own wisdom?

Did anyone outside of Colorado hear any human howling last evening at 8:00pm local? And, no. Not THAT kind of howling...

Pete, perhaps I am out of place for speaking for the majority of the board, but when anyone says, "That's probably the stupidest thing I've heard," the reference is usually directed towards your assessment and/or editorial comment regarding, well, pretty much anything rather than the subject that you are commenting on.

There is no way to know how our society has changed once we get out of our homes and enter society again. Sports? Concerts? Festivals? Whos going to a game with 20K-30K people anytime soon. I was so disappointed in our reaction as a society after 9/11, the giving into fear. Maybe we learned this time to not give into the fear?
No offense but this is just silly.

Social media is making people a little too self absorbed with their opinions.

This country has dealt with fa,r far worse.

The Fire Department of New York reported a nearly 400 percent increase in "cardiac arrest" home deaths in late March and early April, a spike that officials say is almost certainly driven by COVID-19, whether they were formally diagnosed or not. https://t.co/07ayxVh2F1
