I don’t get this argument. Why do people keep saying it’s the media.

Every possible hurricane and snowstorm I’ve even been around results in a run on grocery store items. People start horading. If it happens every time, in all states, It’s human nature, not the media.

The overwhelming majority of people under 65 that don’t have an underlying condition don’t need to go to the hospital for this.

That’s because the vast majority of people are stupid.

We’ve nearly reached their high point in new cases (not counting the day where they re-allocated cases based on how they were recording positive results) and we’re only a few days into our social distancing campaign. This is partially due to more testing and partially due to the spread, but we will likely have much higher rates of infection.

Enough would have to go thay our hospitals wouldn't be able to handle it. This country barely had enough doctors even before this virus hit the USA.

Just think how much this virus would spread if everyone was out like normal. It would be a disaster.

Please forgive me for making a play on words. BUT, I will put it in my will to have you contacted in the case of my demise.

Every hurricane and snowstorm is also sensationalized by the media.

the system isn’t made for that. Same with gas. If everyone wants to buy it right now, there are shortages. Supply eventually catches up.

Do you have any proof of this? Any numbers to back this up? How many people can each hospital hold? How many people would be in each hospital?
