Skepticism is healthy and seeing other perspectives is important. People can evaluate it and do with it as they wish.

I forsee some issues coming up in Calfornia and Texas because the reflatulation rate of the virus is increasing while the hospitalization rate is showing signs of geospreading. A lot of these skeptics are just cheese grating the numbers to make the situation look better than it is.

Foresee issues?? Foresee? Hello! California passed NJ for the #2 state in total cases yesterday. Don't go out on any limbs, bro. :-)

When you realize how those graphs were actually made they are about as helpful if during a nice discussion someone stood up and shit on the floor.

Yes, it's a shame to see what's happening in California:

The number of people hospitalized with confirmed coronavirus infections in California was up 16% over the last two weeks, rising to 3,702 as of Sunday. Of them, 1,199 were in the intensive care unit, an 11% jump over the same period.

If those with intelligent thoughts want to thoughtfully object to this person's read on the situation on a factual basis, great. I will read that and consider it. If others think it's silly and just want to ignore it, fine. No problem there.

People like you who are followers or Grover Dills and just want to do some jeering can be dismissed without fear of losing anything important.

What is this person's read on the situation? I've gone through it a few times, and I still don't know specifically.

Skepticism is healthy.... flat out lying and making up stuff is not only useless, but is just as damaging as a portion of the media being hysterical, which is what he's clearly against.

Yeah, it's easy to say "if you don't believe it, that's fine".... but, what if people aren't wearing masks or taking any precautions because they believe in pretty graphs that aren't based on anything?

That's called propaganda, just as much as actively promoting hysteria by fudging the numbers the other way.

And at some point, we're at both ends of the spectrum like everything else these days, and not even the most rational people have any idea WTF or WhoTF to believe.

*and my point isn't even that he IS 100% definitely lying, just if that was the case...
