The President is in 100% total control of that $14 BILLION for vaccine research money. Whatever nefarious reason you would assign to the 3 month delay of this badly needed money going out to vaccine research, you should look at who controls the money. [Reply]

I think he's already eliminated any legitimate oversight on the distribution of those funds. I wouldn't be surprised to see some of that money given away for reasons other than vaccine research. [Reply]
