DeShone Kizer had arm talent, too. So do 80% of the QB prospects that enter the league. How many of them have the poise, accuraccy, killer instinct, competitiveness? Right.
A player like Mahomes comes along once a century. We'd have to wait for the 2100s to see a future QB that can compare.

This the next thing has been going on since I was a Tike and started following sports. It will be going on long after I am gone. It doesn't bother me nor should it you. The chances of being the next has never really happened everyone is different. Someday long after Mahomes is retired the next big thing will appear and the next that guy will be touted by the experts.

The thing is, when drafted/aquired the next Favre wasnt Favre, and Mahomes wasnt Mahomes. Both viewed as massive risks. The next guy will sneak in when you least expect it and catch you with your pants down. Most thought Watson would have a superbowl by now and Mahomes would be out of the league or well on his way.
