We had a staggered schedule at my high school back in the 80s so we only went to each class 3x/week. I found it highly preferable to attending each class every day. Back then we didn't have access to online learning but I can see how it would supplement in person learning (which I still think is crucial) rather than replace it. There really isn't any need for most students to go to school 5x/week and attend each class each of those days.

Well, its looking like Arizona is or has atleast peaked and may be on the way down. Texas is potentially looking that way in certain areas for sure.

Florida and Cali not so much.

After college class schedules, I will never understand why anyone would want to relive High school.

5 days a week, 7 or so hours straight. No thank you.
