I opened my B of A app this morning to check the balance of my checking and savings account and they both showed Zero balance. :-) I clicked on my checking account to look at the my transaction and it showed the correct balance.
Anyone else having this problem?

Interesting. I opened my online account for a different bank and it said my mortgage account was $0...which I was fine with LOL. Just a system error, unfortunately. [Reply]

I had an account with BoA many, many years ago. Didn't care for their customer service - which was nill.
I switched over to Chase (mainly due to their nationwide reach) and after 15 or so years, I have yet to have a problem with them. I have a considerable amount of money in Checking and Savings and check my account probably 5-6 times daily - just to keep an eye on them. :-) [Reply]
