The rapid test I've had administered typically aren't as invasive as a nasopharangeal swab.

I've had both and can tell you there's definitely a difference.

I had the nasal swab done this morning. It wasn't bad at all.

Please point me to the posts where you spent time debunking this nonsense, as many of us did, and I'll take your claims more seriously that you're just seeking the truth.

I've spent plenty of energy itt debunking wild claims both the covid hoax side and the covid catastrophe side (IE -78% have permanent heart damage) - as have O.City, TLO, Lewdog, Hamas, donger and a bunch more I'm forgetting. We literally just want to figure this thing out.
This extremely small study was flawed... and to say that damage is permanent or not similar to other repository viruses and their effect on the heart is intellectually dishonest.

Exactly - and I spent time debunking it in this thread. Which was my point.

The study pool is completely unclear (100 people who got on the Frankfurt hospital registry somehow). And it's not clear that elevated troponin = permanent heart damage. Marathon runners have elevated troponin after a race. It's something, but often never manifests itself as a problem.

Oh I know there is a difference. Ive performed the both around 100 times each as a lab tech. The NP one is just awful and I had to do one on a baby for an RSV test.

We're at our highest hospitalization count since this started in St. Joe.

We're also seeing our highest number of positive cases coming back day after day after day.

The storm is here.

The NP one doesn't start out so bad. But about 6 seconds in, it's like "oh my God how many times is this person going to rotate this thing around in my nose"

Then they say, "is it okay if we do the other nostril?"

Yes... Go ahead. I want you to get a good sample. Just please try to leave the majority of my brain intact.

Statins reduce COVID-19 severity, likely by removing cholesterol that virus uses to infect

Interesting read.

I guess that's one more way to get the 20% of society that's not already on a statin to get on one. :-)

I brought this up several months ago. The claim back then was people who take statins regularly might be putting themselves in a great position to avoid getting Covid.

Like Fauci, and the CDC?

How many times in this thread has someone started with "Fauci said in March...:"

Some theatres opening back up here in NorCal for the first time since the beginning. 25% capacity.

I guess Florida is dropping all restrictions.
