The Ryan Reynolds Amityville? There are about a million remakes of that one. The Reynolds one was pretty good, though. That was the first time I saw RR's range. Dude's actually a really good actor.

And The Strangers started off strong (hella creepy when the girl banged on the door and she told her she had the wrong house but then she started banging on it again- gives me shivers just thinking about that scene) but ended up being a letdown to me.

Yeah the one with RR was the best. A lot of people forget he played that role. He was perfect if you ask me.

The scene where the bitch is in the kitchen washing dishes was fucking creepy. He was just standing behind her.

I checked amazon prime, hulu, netflix.......nada.

I saw a "remastered" version of the original - but not a reboot by JJ abrams???

Is the JJ Abrams Phantasm movie a REMAKE...or is it another film continuing the story of all the others???

Also...watched Zombies 31 this weekend...meh...better than Rejects...but...meh

Only thing I know for sure is, I was trashed when I watched it the first time on HBO... and its on Syfy channel right now

Abrams gets that 70s look and feel down pat, its a great remake

Watched this when i was about 11 years old. It scared the CRAP out of me.

The sequels all suck but the original is alright.

Also, I watched Stephen Kings 1922 last night on Netflix. Don’t know if it’s been mentioned in this thread but I thought it was pretty good.
