Our local mayor issued a stay at home order, canceled the Indy car race, and a couple of other events that attract 100K+, put fences around playground equipment, school district went to e learning classes, provided tablets and bandwidth to students.


Then the governor told him he cant issue a stay at home order, he defied it. Took it to court and lost. It became a suggestion. 75% or so are complying with the suggestion. Bars and restaurants closed except for takeout.


Miami is going to get hit big time. Waited to long to social distance. Lots of international travel allowed to come in. They went for the money. In general, Central and Northern Florida went with citizen safety.
