Thought that might be a mushroom bottom left, but wasnt sure

You really cooked the peppers down, cant see the color at all... not that its a bad thing to caramelize the hell out of them for a breakfast hash

Yeah, and I cooked everything in the skillet individually, so by the time the potatoes went in there was a on of fond that I deglazed and put into the potatoes, which basically colored everything dark. It was quite tasty, but not the most attractive dish.

But beyond that, I like the flavor of bell pepper, but not the texture. So I do tend to cook the crap out of 'em.

Sounds like my Hamburger Helper stroganoff, kinda gloppy looking.. but that shit was quite tasty

Totsagna for dinner. Just used tater tots rather than lasagna noodles.

Honey butter fry bread topped with cinnamon and sugar for dessert.

Went with the $1/lb corned beef brisket flat and brussels sprouts salt to season and cold beer


Thinking about shredding the meat and add some cabbage, onion, and carrot and try to make a bierocks or a rueben bierocks

Have four more briskets frozen i can make up if they turn out decent.

HH was my 1990's drunk food, hit the Price Chopper, 2 item's.
I have not touched in since, never fed it to my girls, and don't plan on eating it again.
