Gotta give credit where credit is due. The Raiders have turned the corner; they are a legitimate football team and playoff contender.
Thought it would take them a little longer to get to this point, I have to tip my hat to Gruden and Mayock; they've put together a pretty good football team.
Next few years are going to be fun in the AFC-W.
