I watched the 1st season (with the family and crazy neighbor lady) and not sure I'm following after that. Was that a 1 and done season and then they just switched over to the crazy house and then now to witches?
Is every season a different concept?...

Yep, each season is a new story.
Season 1 was awesome.
Season 2 was good, but not like season 1
Season 3 is setting up to be very good
