I guess we filled up the old one... http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=280149

Welcome to 2014! Now get your ass in top physical condition!

No one else started it so here it is!

**From the 2013 Thread**

If you want to get back into lifting, or need a new lifting routine, START HERE:

http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wi...inner_Programs

If you have questions about the SS programs, look here:

http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ

Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

http://madcow.hostzi.com/5x5_Program/Linear_5x5.htm

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

But the best weight loss is the stress of having 2 kids under 3, running a business and all that comes with that.
It will all come off when I hit my goals but for now it cover up my tits

Funny. Kids and business stress (plus hours for me) has the opposite effect.

I've cut my carbs quite a bit. Recently I went two not back to back days of eating less than 50 carbs a day and both days towards the end of the day I started getting stomach pains. Felt like trapped gas. It was pretty uncomfortable last Friday. Does that low carb have anything to do with it?

Probably. Take some fiber pills.

We all start somewhere Billay.

Seeing that I would easily say to drop your cals down to 2k. Speed up that weight loss for the fat you're carrying. You could easily drop 40lbs IMO.

And only respect from me to post a picture online. Sometimes that's what it takes to motivate yourself or receive constructive criticism.

Def. When I lost my first 40 I was pretty damn happy and while still working I feel like I've just hit a plateau this past year. At least I don't feel like a fat guy anymore.

FYI... Went to 54th Street Grill this evening... A double shot is only $1.00 more than a single.

That's a nice dad bod you've got there.

Idk what's going on there but you've got a decent, if underdeveloped, chest. Just need to shed the spare tire and blast those arms.

And a bottle is like what 20? I bet their doubles are so cheap because they have the type of customer who will sneak in a flask. Atleast at the Grandview location.
