Sounds like the mayor backed off that at tonight's meeting. The 4th is now the plan.
With so many other places opening up, it makes no sense to keep a fairly isolated city closed with 0 currently hospitalized.

So add Tennessee to the list of states to start re-opening. They will start on April 30th. West Virginia says May 4th.

Dr. On tv just now said that a percentage of the testing places are closed on the weekends. Saturday and Sunday.
