Already kind of described it a bit in the Steelers/Titans game thread. I have an expanded version for this thread.
You often see football coaches (particularly NFL guys for some reason) staring at something on the field with concern or disappointment in the outcome of events. I think every coach does that. Even the younger, more energetic ones. Usually coaches will look either pissed off or dejected or even indifferent to the suckage. And you can tell they're not having a good time.
However, if a coach has Dumb Football Coach Face, the stare makes him look like a confused simpleton with an IQ of about 70. It's identified by standing absolutely still, slack-faced and mouth agape.
I think we see this out of everybody from time to time, but there are some coaches with faces that are just built for looking like fucking morons on the sidelines.
Mike Mularkey is one of those guys. This picture is pretty close to what I saw on TV:
I think the current worst case example of Dumb Coach Face is with Jim Caldwell. I think it's his eyes or something. They seem... vacant. Like there's not a single thought in his head. He doesn't even have to have a "duh" expression on his face to pull off a textbook dumb coach face:
Any others? Am I on to something?

Caldwell was the first that came to mind. He is definitely the best example. Bob Sutton is another great example. He gets this wide-eyed confused old man look quite often. I couldn't find a good picture of it, though.
Some others I know I've seen, but couldn't find good pictures are Mike Smith, Bill o Brien, Tom Coughlin, and Mike Holmgren.
