The Buffalo Bills have benched Tyrod Taylor.

Bills coach Sean McDermott told reporters that rookie quarterback Nathan Peterman will start against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.

Around the NFL will have more on this story shortly.

If only there were some recent history between the Chiefs and the Steelers we could draw upon.

And this OL isn't changing. The only piece that may differ is at LG.
If they can add a single legit corner through free agency (or even the draft), it will be much better, if you combine that with getting Berry back.

Also, DJ is a wild card, I'm interested to see if going younger at his position helps, or if taking his leadership off of the field negates that.

Our defense isn't bad enough or old enough to need a legit rebuild. If we hit on a couple draft picks and squeeze the most out of the others along with a FA addition or two we could just reload. We'll get Berry back next season to bolster the secondary and run defense. DJ and Hali won't be hogging roster spots and cap space.

The OL is likely to be average but getting Witzmann off the field would help. I'd like to see us draft a mauler LG.

Guessing they are going to tank for higher picks

I bet Alex is headed there next season as the back end of the trade up

Taylor had his chance for years. He's not worth keeping as a starter.

Explains why Brady wants to keep playing. Shit division means he has no threat to overthrow them.

Just like his entire career.

Moving on from Taylor was inevitable. New regime not satisfied with a holdover game manager that goes the way the rest of the team goes. The ceiling with Taylor was snatching a wildcard in a down year for the AFC for a one and done. Peterman isnt the answer, but if they can run the ball and play decent defense hell be as effective as Taylor and if they cant he might do just as bad, but hes cheaper and may surprise and be able to make some plays when the chips are down.
