And? It's a 16 game season.

And? You really can't see the parallels between their situation and ours?

It's not like Peterman is more NFL ready...

Shut the fuck up, Clay. We're not more likely to win a Super Bowl with Mahomes than we are with Alex this season. Let the kid learn and fix some quirks and roll him out as the starter next season with, hopefully a stronger OL and defense.

Slim chance the defense is better. The defense is about to go into rebuild mode.

And this OL isn't changing. The only piece that may differ is at LG.

When you're at the bottom of the league you're already in rebuild mode, whether you want to acknowledge it or not

We'll need the Steelers to lose twice (unlikely) and the Patriots to lose once to do so. And we need to go 7-0 the rest of the way.

The Steelers and Patriots play one another late in the season, but c'mon....we know both of those teams will step it up the rest of the way despite their flaws. And you know the reason why...

We basically neee to either hope the steelers dunce it up again like they did against the colts or them to win out

If they win out and the chiefs do, steelers have the 1 seed and chiefs have the 2.

But if the steelers could lose another game prior to the pats game, then I'm not sure what we hope for.

Basically we need the steelers to lose 2 other games, beat the pats and the chiefs win out to get the 1 seed

The Steelers are bound to lose a couple more games. They've been taken to the wire by the Colts after all. They aren't unbeatable by any means.

True

But looking at their schedule and the pats schedule and there isn't much on there that gives you a lot of pause

Steelers got bogus calls to help beat Detroit and Indy...Sad, yet CP pisses their pants in fear.

That's also true. Bottom line is we're going to have to face one if not both of these teams if we want to make it to the Super Bowl.
