12-4. We always come hot out of the bye, and this schedule is weak. We will look good down the stretch but no one will buy them as contenders because of the quality of opponents. [Reply]

That Jets game smells like a turd to me. I think we bounce back and beat the Giants asses in 2 weeks then we're either losing to the Bills, Jets, or both. After that we should take 3 of the last 4. [Reply]
Lose to the Bills. Clinch the #3 seed and lose to the Broncos in the last game of the season.
That's another thing that I noticed ever since the schedule came out. Denver away game to close the season. They're a dumpster fire so they'll have nothing to lose. Could be a total spoiler game. I could see us have a chance to clinch a first round bye and then drop the game to those turds. Maybe I'm just negative right now... [Reply]
The Jets and Bills aren't too big of a threat because the forward pass isn't something they can do reliably. Giants can't do it at all. Same with Denver.
The Dolphins will have packed it in for the year by the time they face KC. The only questionable games are the Chargers and Raiders games.
Raiders already got us once and the Chargers edge rushers fucked us all up Week 3. [Reply]

That's pretty much where I was coming from. I'd be worried about the Giants game being the turd if it wasn't coming off a bye week. I think Reid is going to spend that time sorting through his offensive metrics, see what's been working and, most importantly, what hasn't been, and then dial up some offensive pain for the Giants.
But that Jets game ... that's the potential turd. I can see the Chiefs having subpar energy, fart around, cough up the ball a couple of times, give up a big play or two and lose an ugly game, 19-17 or something. [Reply]
