Didn't really go into detail.
Early reports today on Bob Knight’s health status were scary and led me to call his home. I spoke to his wfe Karen and she told me Bob was fine and was out fishing. I was certainly glad to hear that.

They don't know how to use Dean Wade properly. He should be a pick and pop big, not utilized in the post in the way they do. But that's hardly surprising considering who is coaching. [Reply]

Barry Brown too. In fact, any offensive competitive advantage they have. Pass the ball, see if you can go one on one. If not, throw it in a non-aggressive direction and see if that guy can go one-on-one. It hurts my brain. They're pretty good in transition and look to do it, but Christ they're abysmal in the half court.
In fact, Barry Brown has been criminally mismanaged, best I can tell. That dude should be flat filthy. He is a better athlete with a better body than either Frank or Devonte, and came in about as good as those two were in their sophomore seasons.
Bad news is I think he was better then than he is now. It is damned criminal KSU couldn't execute the discipline to improve his game other than a few ridiculous freshman mistakes. That kid has it all, size, speed, insane agility, handle, pretty savvy on the bounce, can shoot. But alas, he's just a good guard. Just like he was as a freshman. [Reply]

They’re 111th in the nation in offensive efficiency and it certainly isn’t because they lack good offensive players. I appreciate that Bruce is now going to be a hero to KSU fans for stopping the streak, though, so such criticism may be hard to reconcile. [Reply]
