I figured I would create one location to house all of the breaking news, rumors, pessimism, despair, helplessness, frustration, and of course optimism leading up to the 2019 NFL Trade Deadline on:
Tuesday, October 29th @ 4:00p Eastern Time
3 weeks from today! We all have ideas of what the Chiefs need so I won't go into that, but hopefully this day will come and go with better results than last year for us. [Reply]
I’m not sending a 1 and a player for a 29 year old CB coming off a ped suspension that would need a new deal unless we got a third rounder back in the deal. Similar to a comp pick we would get in the 2021 draft for letting a player like Robinson walk.
This team needs to improve its current roster, but not at the cost of a first that wouldn’t get a sizeable ROI after 2 years when the player is overpriced and not as effective.
The max I’d part with for PP or Slay and a third... is a 1 and DR.
Seriously, if we send a premium pick, we need to get a semi premium back in the deal.
This team needs to replace a lot of snaps next year through draft picks [Reply]
I dont know what moves the Chiefs make, if any? But it sure would be nice going into next years draft with our first round pick, still intact. Personally, I dont think our Defense is that far off, our cornerbacks are serviceable, and safeties sound. We just need to keep fresh D lineman, rotated, to get some push and stop the run! [Reply]

We’re gonna need a CB to replace Breeland. Fenton will replace Fuller. Need a Lb to replace Rags and maybe a DT for Jones if he leaves [Reply]
Here’s another name that bears watching as Tuesday’s trade deadline approaches: Lions’ CB Darius Slay, per league sources. Lions have gotten calls about Slay, though it would take a lot to pry him out of Detroit. But if there’s a CB-needy team out there, Slay will draw interest.
