We'll see if the Warriors recover from the end of the season stretch of stinkers.

Jordan mowed through the playoffs with ease and was 6-0 in the Finals.

Lebron, while great, has watched his teams struggle against lesser teams and has a 3-5 mark in the Finals.

That’s really all that needs to be said . . . .

Anybody who knows anything about basketball knows it’s stupid to compare players who play completely different positions. It’s a hack take.

You mean except for all those times where Jordan lost in the first round (which LeBron never did once) and was 1-9 without Scottie Pippen?

A nice narrative, though. If only it was true.

What time can we catch the next Jordan game?

And anybody who knows anything about basketball should also know that LeBron James plays every position (if there even is such a thing anymore in the current NBA).

I was talking about seasons in which Lebron and Jordan led their teams to the NBA Finals, but thanks for moving the goalposts.

Again, 6-0 and 3-5. It is what it is. Jordan ALWAYS shined brightest on the biggest stage. Lebron? Not so much. (Seriously, how do you lose to the Mavs?!?)

Not much else to say.

If the Mavs were able to get Lebron to mentally check out in the finals imagine what those dirty Pistons teams would’ve done.

Lebron has easily been the best player in the NBA since his 2nd or 3rd year in the game.

You said Jordan "mowed through the playoffs." He didn't actually do that compared to LeBron (lost in the first round three times) and he never won in the playoffs until he had great players around him (Scottie Pippen). You're the one moving the goal posts.

Under this logic, it would have been better for LeBron to lose last week in the first round (as MJ did repeatedly) rather than losing in three weeks to a 73 win team with Durant (which is going to happen). It makes no sense.

But, of course, this argument has been exposed repeatedly for the specious nonsense it is several times over.

Here you go #NBATwitter

We're back at it again...

LeBron James connected on his 7th career go-ahead shot in the final 5 seconds of the 4th quarter/OT in his playoff career.

His 2 buzzer-beaters this postseason are 1 shy of MJ's career playoff total. pic.twitter.com/Uh61h9WwsT

Going to be a super soft path to the finals now.

The NBA has evolved analytically into a game that favors the 3 point shot. LeBron's game is fitted more towards the 80s and 90s style, especially with his athleticism and strength. He is the same size as Karl Malone.

2011 Mavericks shot 41.1% from three in the Finals. They were a 36.5% from three for the season.
2014 Spurs shot 46.6% from three in the Finals. They were a 39% from three for season.
Warriors are an elite three pointing shooting team.

You want to beat LeBron in the Finals. Hit threes pointers above your normal average. Great equalizer in basketball.

2007 Cavs had no fucking business being in the Finals other than LeBron is a bad ass.

And he's putting up better playoff numbers in his 15th year in the league than ever before. Just absolutely shattering records.
